My main motorsport season starts next month with the Monoposto visit to Silverstone. I usually try to get one event under my belt beforehand to blow off the cobwebs as I’ve not shot motorsport since early November.
I was pleased to see Dave Karaskas out in his Group C Harrier LR4 with a 550hp Chevrolet engine running in the All-comers race. I knew Dave from his F3 Cup days. It was the first race meeting for this car, so there will be a period of getting to know and understanding the car. He was pleased to come away with a race win, but knows there is a lot more speed to unlock from the car.
